You and your staff are top notch and I am so happy I decided to sign with your company over the competition. I learned very quickly doing a for sale by owner wasn't the way for me to go and I needed a true professional on board to get what I wanted $$$ Out of my home. Even in a hot market you had to to do showing after showing before the right people came to the party. I lost track of how many open Houses you had. What I liked most was your no nonsense attitude for other agents and company's that came in with below asking price offers.
